How long does shipping take for oversized items like kayaks and paddleboards?
Oversized items are shipped via specialized freight carriers. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number and a call from the carrier to schedule a delivery window.
What is your return policy on life jackets and safety gear?
We accept returns on life jackets and safety gear within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in new, unused condition with all original tags attached. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on gear that has been used in the water.
Do you offer a warranty on water skis and wakeboards?
Yes, most of our high-performance hardware comes with a one-year manufacturer warranty against defects. This does not cover damage caused by impact with rocks, docks, or other obstacles.
How do I know which size wetsuit to order?
Wetsuits should fit like a second skin without restricting movement. We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort or staying true to size for maximum warmth.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placement by calling our customer service team. Once an order has reached the warehouse floor, it can no longer be changed.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Bart's Water Sports ships to the United States and Canada. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred during transit.
